Wolverines News · UPDATED In-Person Athletics POD Locations and Times for 3/1 and 3/2

Field Hockey, Football and Boys Soccer Parent/Guardians and Student-Athletes,

Here is the updated schedule and pod locations for Monday 3/1 and Tuesday 3/2 due to the forecast of rain over the next 2 days. All sports will go rain or shine, but our fields have puddles and will not be playable Monday and Tuesday. We are hoping that our student-athletes and coaches will be able to be on their fields on Wednesday 3/3. We will update by 10am on Wednesday if we will be using this schedule and these pod locations again or if we will use the schedule and pod locations released on 2/26. Information will be posted in the canvas page as well as all social media sites by 10am on Wednesday 3/3.

A few reminders:

  • Field Hockey student-athletes: please bring a sock for your stick as well as running shoes
  • Football and Boys Soccer student-athletes: please being tennis shoes and not cleats
  • ALL student-athletes: do not forget a mask, water bottle with your name, a towel and hand sanitizer
  • ALL student-athletes: remember to maintain social distancing always (meaning 6 feet apart)

All those who are needing to turn in physicals, covid-19 forms or football insurance forms. Those are due by 7pm TONIGHT (Sunday 2/28) in order to be cleared for practice tomorrow, Monday 3/1. Reminder NO forms will be accepted in person. Forms handed in in-person will not be cleared until later that evening. Those student-athletes will be asked to leave campus and return Tuesday (3/2) or Wednesday (3/3) IF they receive an email from Ms. Magness stating they are cleared. Student-athletes who are not cleared to participate and show up to campus will also be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for understanding the process and turning in your forms ahead of time.

We are very excited to have our student-athletes and coaches back on campus and are looking forward to a GREAT Fall Condensed Season.
